What we do with your data when you visit this site, book a call or get in touch. In short: we collect as little as possible, the site sets no cookies, and we never sell anything on.

What data and why

Please don't put sensitive data in the notes field, such as health or financial details. We don't need it for an introductory call.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Cloudflare's visitor statistics work without cookies. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
When you click "Book a free call", you go to Cal.com's booking page. The cookies and privacy policy of Cal.com apply there. The same goes for WhatsApp and Instagram.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We work with these service providers, who only process your data on our instructions:

For services outside the EU, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in that provider's data processing agreement.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta processes your data under its own terms and is responsible for that itself.
How long we keep data
- Booking details and your messages: until [CONFIRM: proposed 12 months] after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the work and the legal retention duty require (7 years for accounting records).
- Server log files: as briefly as needed for security, following our hosting provider's terms.
- Visitor statistics: only as anonymised totals.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object, or receive your data in a common file format. Send your request to Contact@sabaexposure.nl. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm the request really comes from you.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Tell us first. You always have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Children
Our services are meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Security
The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS). We run no forms on our own server and store no personal data on the site itself.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
